Payment Center is now live

The official Mythic Heroes “Payment Center” is now live to provide more purchase options for our global players.

Apart from making purchases through Google or Apple in-game, you can also choose to purchase using one of the following third-party channels at the Payment Center:

  • Paypal
  • GPay
  • Mycard
  • Paysafecard
  • MoneyBookers
  • Xsolla
  • AmazonPay
  • Yandex
  • Dana
  • RazerPay

How do I access the Payment Center?

  1. Log in to the Mythic Heroes official website
  2. Tap “Top up” in the top-right corner to access the “Payment Center”

How do I make a purchase at the Payment Center?

  1. Log in to your account. You will need to pick either “IGG Account”, “Google”, or “Facebook”. If your account is not linked to either of these platforms, link it in the game first.
  2. Select a character for the purchase. Once logged in, you will have to select the server that the character is located in. If your account has yet to create a character in any server, you’ll have to create one in the game first.
  3. Select your payment channel and method. Once you have confirmed your character and payment channel, you are able to purchase vouchers of different amounts.

Regarding Vouchers

  1. The vouchers you receive in your mail will be placed in your Bag. You can head to your Bag to view the vouchers you currently own.
  2. The vouchers can be used in the Store and in events to redeem packs of corresponding values, such as subscriptions, Passes, and event packs.
  3. Vouchers can’t be stacked. For example, you can’t use 2x [$0.99 Voucher] to redeem a single pack priced at $1.99.
  4. Vouchers can’t be split. For example, you can’t use one [$99.99 Voucher] to redeem two packs that are priced at $49.99.
  5. Vouchers do not expire and can’t be transferred between characters.

Will my purchases through the Payment Center count for purchase events in the game (e.g. Initiation Bonus, Loyalty Reward)?

  1. You are considered to have made a purchase in the game when you use a voucher to redeem a pack in the game, and will be included for in-game events when you do so. However, if you purchased a voucher through the Purchase Center but do not use the voucher to redeem a pack, you will not be included in in-game purchase events.

I made a purchase but I did not receive the vouchers.

  1. The vouchers will be sent to your in-game mail after you made a successful purchase. Do check your in-game mail.
  2. There may be a delay depending on network conditions. If you still have not received your purchase after 30 minutes, contact our support team through the game or by sending an email to help.mythicheroes.android@igg.com. We will assist you as soon as possible.
