Cao Cao throws the Bluesteel Sword, dealing 450% Attack Damage to the enemy Hero with the highest Combat Power, and then suspends the Bluesteel Sword above the target for 8 seconds. While the Bluesteel Sword is suspended, it produces different effects based on the skill Cao Cao uses:
Auto-attack: The Bluesteel Sword deals 225% Attack Damage to the target it is suspended above
[Uncovering Talent]: The Bluesteel Sword reduces all attributes that Cao Cao gains from this skill on the target by 10%, lasting for 5 seconds
[Heavenly Double Slash]: The Bluesteel Sword deals 60% of the total damage of this skill to the target

Lv2: Cao Cao's [Accuracy], [Dodge], [Crit Chance], and [Crit Damage] will also be increased
Lv3: Cao Cao's [Parry], [Breakthrough], [Attack Speed], and [Lifesteal] will also be increased
Lv4: Cao Cao's [Physical Resistance], [Magic Resistance], [Shield Penetration], and [Resistance to Control] will also be increased

Within 5 seconds after Cao Cao uses this skill, his maximum Health, Attack, and Defense are each increased to the highest corresponding attribute values among our Heroes. If Cao Cao already possesses the highest value for an attribute, that attribute is further increased by 10%.

When Cao Cao is alive and possesses the [Dragon Seal], the [Dragon Seal] holds energy equal to Cao Cao's 100% maximum Health. Whenever Cao Cao and all ally Heroes positioned in the backline take damage, the [Dragon Seal] can consume an equivalent amount of energy to reduce 20% damage received by the target.
When Cao Cao receives healing, restores energy within the [Dragon Seal] equal to 30% the total healing amount (including overheal);
When Cao Cao deals damage, restores energy within the [Dragon Seal] equal to 15% the amount of damage.
Every 8 seconds, Cao Cao uses Health equal to 100% of the [Dragon Seal]’s missing energy to replenish the [Dragon Seal], reducing Cao Cao's Health to as low as 1 at most.
